Hi friend! One of my favorite things about the Pacific Northwest is how easy it is to find beautiful spots that don’t require an all-day adventure—perfect when you’re traveling with kids! We stopped at two gorgeous waterfalls on our trip that were completely worth it—and both were quick, easy, and kid-friendly. 🌊 1. Multnomah Falls (Oregon)Located just outside of Portland, this waterfall is absolutely stunning—and you don’t need to hike miles to see it. We stopped at Multnomah Falls on our way to the airport, and it felt like the perfect exclamation point to end such a fun trip! You can view the falls right from the base, or if your kids are up for it, take the short walk up to the Benson Bridge for an even closer look. It’s an easy stop if you’re heading to or from Portland, and you can be in and out in under an hour. There’s also food available on-site, whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a full lunch—another reason it makes such a great family-friendly stop. Pro Tip: Parking can fill up fast, so mornings or weekdays are best. 🌲 2. Snoqualmie Falls (Washington)On our way from Leavenworth to Seattle, we stopped at Snoqualmie Falls—and it was such a great break in the drive. The viewing area is just a short walk from the parking lot, making it perfect for younger kids or when you’re tight on time. The falls are powerful and breathtaking, and the paths around the viewing area are stroller-friendly too! The town of Snoqualmie itself is so charming, with plenty of restaurants and even an ice cream shop if you’re looking for a sweet treat after your stop! 🍦 👏 Why These Waterfalls Worked for Us
