I can’t believe it’s already November. Every year, this month sneaks up on me, but it’s also the perfect reminder to slow down and focus on gratitude. 🙏

For me, travel and gratitude go hand in hand. Travel pulls me out of routine, helps me notice the small moments, and reminds me how lucky I am to experience this world with my family.

Whether it’s watching my boys skip rocks at the lake, laugh on a mountain coaster, or chase waves along the shore—those are the moments that fill me up.

When I think about what I’m most thankful for, traveling with my family always tops the list.

This November, I’m looking back on a few of the trips I’m most thankful for—each one filled with memories that remind me why family travel is worth it:
🌲 The mountain views in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge​
🌊 The beach walks and sunsets in Seaside, Oregon​
🏞️ The pure awe of Niagara Falls, Ontario​
⛰️ The adventure and fun of Vail, Colorado​
🐘 The easy weekend escapes like Omaha or Kansas City

Each trip has its own stories, laughter, and lessons—and even the not-so-perfect moments are part of what makes them special.

And I’m grateful for you, too. Even if you’re quietly reading behind the scenes, your support means so much. Every open and click helps me keep creating helpful tips, destination ideas, and inspiration for other moms who want to make family travel doable and worth it.

So this month, I’m focusing on gratitude—for the chaos, the laughter, the missed turns, and the memories that turn into our favorite stories.
